About Us: Kings Cross Knickers
Kings Cross is a line of golf apparel inspired by golf’s rich, centuries-old history. Originating in Europe and most strongly rooted in Scotland, folklore has it that players dressed in kilts to reflect their heritage. By the mid-20th century, knickers and sweater vests had become the transatlantic signature golf outfit. Honoring the evolution of golf fashion, the Kings Cross mission is to create a clothing line that respects the integrity of traditional golf style, while giving it a fresh, fun spin. Plus Fours are breeches or trousers that extend
four inches below the knee- four inches longer than traditional knickerbockers.
Associated with sporting and golf attire since the 1860s, the additional four
inches of length allows for more freedom of movement than traditional
knickerbockers. A fashionably daring and confident style similar to that of
the roaring 20s, plus fours were introduced to the US by Edward, Prince of
Wales in the 1920s. Decades later, they became prominent again when Payne Stewart
wore them on the PGA tour. It is not uncommon to see plus fours paired with

Domestic Orders placed before 2:30 p.m. EST will usually
ship the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will ship
the following day (Monday-Friday). If you choose expedited shipping, your order
will arrive in the number of business days after the ship date. i.e.: 2-day
shipping arrives 2 business days after the package is shipped. Saturdays and
Sundays are not counted in this calculation. In you need to make changes to the
shipment speed or address information after the package has been picked up by
UPS (3:00 p.m. EST), additional charges will be incurred by the customer

Exchanges Kings Cross prides itself on providing the
highest quality golf apparel available and comes with a 100% satisfaction
guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30-days for
exchange or credit. There are NO RESTOCKING FEES. All returns must be new,
(unworn)*, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. There will be a
$10.00 service fee if items are returned without original packaging. *We define unworn merchandise as any item that is
in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original
packing. Returns will not be accepted if the items exhibit any obvious signs of
wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. A return authorization number is required. Please
